You may request a cancellation of your project or service by emailing us at orangecodebyte@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. If development work has not started, we may allow cancellation at our discretion.

2. Refund Policy

Once a project is confirmed and work has begun, we do not offer refunds on any payments already made. However, in rare cases where we are unable to deliver the promised service due to unforeseen issues from our side, a partial or full refund may be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Domain registration, hosting, third-party licenses, or tools purchased on your behalf.
• Completed milestones or partial work already delivered.
